attempting to deal with the mess that is Windows with their own “Acer Game Space app”.
Ugh.
There’s no price, region availability or release date being shared just yet.
OK. Price will be a massive point to make here. This needs to be ridiculously cheap for people to deal with this game space app that without looking at it, I can already tell must be a pain in the butt.

Clearly it does not because people are already buying the existing ones.
It’s crazy manufacturers keep releasing models without trackpads
This is my thought with every single one of these. I was pleasantly surprised to see them on the new Ayaneo Kun, making it the only alternative to the Steam Deck I would consider. The lack of trackpads is too much of a limitation for PC gaming.
Yah controller support is best it’s ever been – but many PC games still benefit with mouse-like dexterity. And for many games, the ability to add additional buttons and macros. Really not good it’s the trend.
It’s easily the only thing that makes so many games playable on the Deck.
I guess it’s better to have more options to buy something than less, but does these sell that good that almost every pc manufactor and more have now a handheld device?
I think we’re still in the phase where manufacturers try to match the steam deck’s success. But it definitely feels over saturated, and I’ve got no interest in anything other than a steam deck
Some of the other even give us steam os support in the future. So i’m kind of open. I plan in near future to buy a mid gaming pc, mostly for indies, since i’m more of a console gamer. I don’t think it will be a handheld, but currently it’s a very low maybe.
I play too much VR for a mid pc, but I’ve been thinking about something that runs steam os that I could move around (like the switch). Good to know there will be options!
Did the CEOs 14 year old son come up with the name?
