    This dude is a hero.

We need to be spreading the words “jury nullification” through out social media.

    Where’s the gofundme?

      SIDE NOTE: DON’T GET SCAMMED!

Save your money, do your research. This guy will need the best lawyers and the best PR modern wage slaves can muster.

      The least we can do!

But it starts with your dumb ass not blowing your load on the first thing to pop on some social media scam.

Be master, he needs you to do better here.

EDIT: there is still possibility it aint him… proceed with caution.

Pigs needed a body at this point, anything could be happening.

Prosecutor and the system will exert a lot of pressure and the defense will be limited that’s just the justice system.

If you check reddit comments, the bootlickers are already coming out of wood work to explain away how deserves a conviction…

GFM will disable the fundraiser; one of their restrictions is that the fundraiser can’t be used for “the legal defense of financial and violent crimes”. Wait until things are farther along. There may be some kind of defense fund announced. If there isn’t, then my personal suggestion would be to mail anonymous cash to his lawyers (once they’re announced), saying it’s to be used for his defense.

What about out right innocent decision? Ya Jury nullification if a boot licker gets on the Jury. But I know I’d be advocating for an innocent verdict if I was on the jury. Hell NYC just let a man who strangled a mentally ill person to death on camera walk because self defense. Luigi killing the CEO is a form of self-defense in my opinion.

Jury nullification isn’t some secret third option. The jurors individually can only choose guilty or not guilty. If they are unanimous, that is the decision. If they are not unanimous, it’s a hung jury effectively voiding the entire court process up to that point. The government then needs to decide if they want to re-file and try again.

Jury nullification is when evidence is presented establishing clear guilt and the jury still renders a not guilty verdict. 5th amendment prohibits double jeopardy so they cannot be retried.

They are both the same: a jury voting “not guilty”. There is no such thing as an “innocent” verdict.

Gofundme does not allow funds for criminal defense. That’s been their policy for many years.

I don’t get this whole hype. Do we need words to explain to people they can do this? I didn’t know there was a term for it, but the concept that someone can vote not guilty for contextual reasons is a thought I’ve had over my lifetime. Not common?

Now that I think of it, that murderer Kyle Rittenhouse got off because of all the support from right wing media… why can’t we have a party to back us up? Could a good legal defense and public support actually work in the favor of good people for once? Can we see Luigi speak at a new DNC once he’s acquitted and give a speech on behalf of a progressive candidate?

Jesus, what a fantasy timeline I just thought of. Lol

There’s nothing to pardon. Presidents can only pardon federal crimes. This is a New York murder case.

I know, but I was saying, even if, hypothetically he could, he wouldn’t. Because a politician willing to do such a pardon would never get elected in the first place, no matter how left you get.

I doubt even a President Bernie Sanders would do it (again, if presidents could pardon state crimes) even if he personally is okay with the perpetrator’s actions, he still would not use a pardon for it, cuz doing so is basically asking for an elite to assasinate you.

This wouldn’t happen of course, but…

Whatever the message is, it just won’t reach. The money is so disproportionate from progressive voices to conservative voices. There was a bubble chart referenced in a Walter Masterson video describing social reach for right versus left, just so lopsided, the truth can’t win anymore. You can have the mist compelling message from the most compelling person on the left, doesn’t reach.

Pfft. I bet 80% of Americans have “ill will” towards the capitalist fucks in corporate America, if for no other reason than they steal money from the working class to fill their own and investor’s pockets.

The only thing this guy had to do, apparently, was to scrub his personal possessions and electronics, not say a word to his friends, and then when the cops ran him through Clearview and found him, say he’s invoking his right to a lawyer and has nothing to say. And leave his cell phone at home, but presumably he did that. If all they had was the photo, then whatever. People look like other people sometimes.

He still had his ghost gun, and the motherfucker was carrying his manifesto on his person, when they picked him up. He shouldn’t have even been going to the damn McDonald’s. Just get DoorDash for a while and stay in the house until you’re not on the news anymore.

There is no guarantee that they’re telling the truth about how they picked him up and all, but it sounds like the kid was sloppy, which is a damn shame.

Not really. It’s just a longer, slower form of self-immolation, if the public goes back to apathy until he dies. If he makes it long enough for the public sector to make a change, he may become the next Mandela, or Hitler. A God to some, the Devil to others. 2000 years from now, it may be a sociocultural religion to carry vaporizers and off corrupt billionaires and aspiring, if the human species makes it long enough.

I’m thinking he wanted to get caught. Otherwise you ditch the gun, the phone (which I assume is a burner), the fake id you used, plenty of water all around manhattan to dump that shit in. Also you don’t keep your manifesto on you. Unless you want to get caught.

Or he wanted to get caught. Keeping that ghost gun and the manifesto suggests that he did want to get caught. Or that he’s legally insane and didn’t think he did anything wrong that would require him to hide his identity and his crime.
