That said, I go to the gym, lift something scary and heavy (for me) and it nearly kills me and I’m like,‘yeah that was great’. So I guess we aren’t so different.

The feeling in your body after completing a hard run is hard to describe. But it definitely is after. Only a minute or so after; it doesn’t take long. But the feeling is great.
