I stopped doing this a long, long time ago. It’s one of the reasons that microwave dinners are a no-go for me, and why my leftover food storage is mostly glass.

I honestly thought everyone else could smell and taste the hot plastic, and just knew this was a bad idea?

Such a hassle to remove the frozen burrito from a wrapper to microwave… 😩

I exclusively microwave everything in plastic, because I just want it all to end.
