Factually you don’t, and people have tried being nice to carnist for… oh I don’t know 3 thousand years?

If you’re stupid enough that you’ll only consider doing the right thing if people act sycophantic then I’m going to mock you for it. You absolute dreg, you moron, you shiver looking for a spine to crawl up.

Unless you’re just a vegan trying to be nice in which case I respectfully disagree in circlejerk coms as above. You wonderful, shining, humble paragon of virtue and peace.

I’m a shitty awful animal-abusing carnist, but that last line goes pretty hard. Did you come up with it, or is it from something?

Isn’t most of veganism based on consent?

Bees are the epitome of consent. If the hive didn’t want to be in that beehouse they would leave.

The queen is too large to fit through the screens keeping her in and the hive is pretty doomed without her.

TIL domestic abuse is consentual. After all if the abused party didn’t want to stay they could just leave.

See the problem. If you put an equally good hive nearby and didn’t take the honey from it the bees would probably stay there.

Also honey farms are hotbeds of disease and we don’t have little bee vets. We plug the hive with petroleum soaked rags and burn them alive. Cool and good.

Honey bee farming also displaces native pollinators leading to starvation and death.
