    power tool things is just a total invention of society

    Which is why I don’t understand people who need to change themselves physically to conform to society’s expectations.

      They have been told all their lives “you are expected to behave this way! The way you want to behave is only acceptable for them!” It’s not really that surprising.
      If we could purge the sexist tropes from society that would probably do wonders for gender dysphoria.

        I wonder how much is dysphoria and how much is dysmorphia.

        I don’t think I care much about what’s in my pants, but I do care that other people want me to act a certain way because of that.
