    Out of curiosity, I looked it up, and from what I can tell, “Lisan” translates to “voice”, “language”, or “tongue” (as in, the body organ).

    So presumably, this translates to “Tongue Kebab”?

    (Also, side note: it’s “al”, not “el”. As in al-gebra, al-gorithm, or al-cohol.)
