Ara History untold is a direct challenger to Civ 6 and the upcoming Civilization 7, but with some key twists and innovations like truly simultaneous turns, 3 killer ages (acts), and a deeper city simulation. Unlike Civ 7, Ara: History Untold also ditches hexagonal tiles, and chooses to keep the one civ-one leader per game rule of classic civilization games.
