A new audit by the transit agency finds 53% of the agency's 2,500 bus stops lack a bench. More than two out of three bus stops have no shelter.

I am also reminded of how CapMetro spent money to rip out the perfectly fine existing shelters and benches to replace them with the newer, flimsier ones.

    Personally I’d rather be standing than waiting for a bus in a makeshift homeless shelter.
