The music in Mass Effect one was the best, in my opinion. Mass Effect 2 was a better game, but the music went cinematic-epic instead of “alien chillout techno rave”.

For a while I defined my musical tastes as: “would it sound appropriate in a bar in Mass Effect 1?”
