i work a 12hr overnight shift 7pm to 7am so take that as you wish. its a 7day out of 14day rotation as well so as much time off as on for the two week cycle
Because you don’t have the stress of the morning routine. You can take your time and live a little. The anomaly is a forced wake-up time.
