    That’s a lot of older homeless people.

    yes the key factor is older, unsheltered homeless people not the lack of affordable housing, jobs with living wages, universal healthcare and the like

    damn homeless people need to be younger and more sheltered so they won’t freeze

      This article is literally just explaining a trend.

      Every single article doesn’t need to do a root cause analysis and conclude with “fuck conservatives” to have a valid point

        One option is building these $7 DIY heaters to give away. I’m sure a good sleeping bag rated for the night temperatures of the local area would also help, though the heaters (if they have a tent) may be more cost effective (able to help more people, perhaps).
