i use https://www.f-droid.org/en/packages/com.tombursch.kitchenowl/ And once you set it up with all your products, it becomes really easy to manage the household.
I like the ux and look forward to vertical tabs in version 131+. The privacy aspect can be modified with the user.js from arkenfox https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/

Mit 2FA hat es aber bei mir nicht direkt funktioniert. Deswegen musste ich es für die Migration nochmal deaktivieren.
