Fair, I’m just curious why ShaggySnacks mentioned the status quo thing when personal freedoms are being encroached on and revoked.
He was just a Fledditor. Living in a Lemmy woooorld.

I can’t even rely on the US government to value human decency as a native citizen. I’ll keep fighting where I can, but yeah. Good luck.
I thought liberalism literrally meant that personal freedoms are the most important thing to that person and the belief is the government should not restrict them and needs to actively protect them.
Thank you and all others in this thread. If nothing else, leaving Reddit helped me find a community of compassion that isn’t designed around continuous engagement. We fight on.
Some of them, yes. I have family that fit your description, but I also have family filled with anger and spite. The ones who hold hate I can and will blame for it.
Besides that, wouldn’t it count as taxable wages and need a W-2 OR 1099 if it’s not a lottery or gift?
A slap with a wet piece of paper is very funny to some of us. Strength not required.
Seems like almost everyone agrees it was funny. I love how clueless Lemmings can be. Makes me feel like they’re actually people instead of all bots
True. This is how I know I’m American, because I love this map.
Exactly. The OP did normalize it. There wasn’t a notable difference.
Not too much of a difference from modern American political theatre.
Thanks. I may be garbage, trash, or cancer depending on the situation, but I do try to not be a bigot. I’m also thankful it isn’t very hard.
Exactly. They fumbled hard. “It has to be your ____, there’s no way it turned out that good naturally.”
I, too, have unskipable cutscenes over my special interests.
Also, Revive the Thorn/Thurs!
Easy to figure out? But that plays right into their scheme of making the other party look like they were comitting fraud. /s
Agree. Not enough info for me to judge. Maybe Lemmings shouldn’t make this site into one for snap judgements and witch hints.
Doing the same here for Dragon’s Dogma 2.
I’m not well versed in how Denuvo works, only in how it tanks performance. Does anyone know if there is anything stopping Denuvo from checking purchase validity the first time, and on subsequent game launches it can access a secure folder with a file like an internet cookie saying “yeah, this game was bought legit at one point, let it run” and then not run alongside the game?
I don’t have a speaker when I bike, only seen it with others.
Sounds like conservatism in the US needs to be relabeled as regressivism.
