Resident Evil: The Board Game

My roommate is obsessed with a board game based on his favorite video game, so I’ve been 3D printing accessories and pieces for it and he’s been painting them.

LEGO are the plastic equivalent of the direct carbon capture idea! Buy enough LEGO and eventually all plastic will be LEGO! This is a joke but not sarcasm I love LEGOs.

Player: “I do something to Eric’s character against his will.”

A good DM: “No, you don’t.”

I went to my boss to ask for some time off and she reminded me that I had already requested the same days off weeks ago, been approved, talked about plans, then forgotten all of it.

In my scifi campaign based on Star Control II, all genetic engineering was illegal (one of the primary antagonist groups is a race of blade runner style artificial humans). So of course two of my players teamed up to be an outlaw geneticist and his awakened capuchin monkey. They played it 100% unironically and it resulted in some of the best role-playing it has been my privilege to DM for.
