Eeeeeh whats up doc
I think realising when to back off doing what Im doing because im putting off another task. I feel like since I started taking breaks between activities to let my mind “reset” has helped me transition to more boring tasks.
Im constantly watching films, listening to podcasts or music, so I have to take like a small 3-5 minutes of silence to unload what I was doing before loading in what I need to do.
Also taking this time is not at all wasting it. Ive become mindfull about how much “waste” ive been “doing” and stopped keeping it against myself so its been way more liberating. When you do that, its easier to justify schedualing, and not keep cranking the productivity knob to the max to make up for time.
Finally, I try to make things pretty, to get back to it with lesser resistance, like coding better looking functions, writing less hurriedly, cleaning my instruments for cooking etc with more minutia but taking my time with it.
Also, I stopped trying to multitask stuff to the extreme. I refuse to listen to music while im reading, I refuse to watch a movie and study, watching a stream and gaming at the same time.
This seems like obvious stuff, so the TLDR is take your time, don’t find ways to blame yourself but concentrate on how to move on. And take breaks ppl, we are not robots.
But I dont want to cure cancer, I want to make dinosaurs!
Doesnt work like that.
Nah this is a bargain, it would be irresponsable to not do it really.
See, i love linux but in no world would i ever even be remotely tempted to download it for my relatives, its just not idiot proof enough for end users, who will never ever make the effort to learn.
Man its gonna be hard to deny how racist the gop can be.
Pretty sure we had a triage stage during the whole prehistory to get to our point to randomly get an individual violent and cunning enough to survive the wilds and other competitors but helpful and sociable enough to survive within it’s tribe.
Human skin as walking right? RIGHT?!?
Ok after a bit of using, i can confirm that wayland crashes pretty often especially on firefox, also gaming performance degrades over time (still looking into it)
Dowloaded it, its not perfect but the hdr makes it worth it so im backing away from x11. Im getting slight fps drops that dont seem to relate to the steam fps counter. I heard it messes with mozilla firefox, but havent seen much evidence.
Great update hope they catch the last things as well, i might be paranoid for the slight chopiness, since im playing cyberpunk and that game still has alot of problems even at the end of its lifecycle.
Perfectly understandable. Any anti cheat is a big nono on this system. But tbh, i am so much more relaxed after stopping league i consider it a bonus guardrail XD
If you wanna game and want everything to work, get bazzite, i wanted to install arch, had huge probs with my nvdia card (i know, but it was gifted with the cudas in mind) so i used bazzite since i loved the steam OS look. I am so pleased, it works amazingly, and there was 0 problems during installation.
Download any mirror. Accept any prompt. Where you are going, chaos is your friend, and the beautiful electric sizzling is your orchestra.
Edit: also just watch a vid theres tons out there.
I tried to install arch like three times, it would hang during the nvdia driver install, then it would black screen during logging in, but now i suspect its because i clicked the option to comeplete the boot files on rufus and now am myself on bazzite
Big squid we like you but picard has so much more rizz you must understand
In the end, it wasnt big goverment or self imposed market regulation that defeated the careful replacement of human labour, but the humble shitposter that resides within all of us.
I just enjoy the quiet mmoment in the shower. I noticed that i take on alot of stimulation lately even when really, I dont need it. Its become a habit I have to unlearn. It start with the shower.
Should have been named fishball instead of B-something
