I like life sim games, but I’ll wait to see what the reviews are before getting it, I think.

I knew a native Hawaiian man, and I know at least one person who’d love if America fucked off and they got to be their own country again. Being said, unsure if would be possible for them. I know America won’t let it fly.
Emma’s ability to sleuth, while wearing a detective outfit, was delightful! Amazing.
I want more cooking mini games and this is not sarcasm! I want to make lots of silly foods and hopefully give it to other players if multiplayer or gift them to npcs if not or just eat them! Foods amazing!
ConcernedApe! Can’t wait for his next game.
From my perspective, the original setting the…well, there weren’t classes. You could take a background that would be a ‘class’ but you bought skills so if you wanted to have Blessed powers and use a gun real well you could. But that was a tangent.
Ask the ‘classes’ felt unique. Mad science was not hexslinging was not blessed was not martial arts. It’s a major reason I could just not get into the Savage Worlds version at all.
Mad Science under the original system was much more complex, almost extremely so. You designed devices yourself, and what they would do, so unique entirely (or just use one described in the books, there were several mad science books) and then the Marshall decided what poker hand you needed to make the blueprints. Which, of course, it used the poker deck! My sibling played a québécois Alchemist. Things went boom.
Ah, good! We have the original decks made for the system, they’re very lovely cards they are.
I can’t say for certain if any of the stories in the Deadlands universe are good. I’ve only read Adios A-Mi-Gos which is a crossover with H.P Lovecraft, and that was…awhile ago. As for posting, give me a day or so. I’d need to take a photo of the books, and it’s been very hectic!
My mother’s cat demands we take naps just so she can get her requisite amount of cuddles in!
I recommend it, naps and pet cuddles are good.
I have stumbled across this community, and I’m surprised Deadlands the rpg hasn’t shown up yet.
I recommend that for Weird West. Hell, the three different settings were called Weird West, Wasted West, and Way Out West. Well technically it was Deadlands, Hell on Earth, and I never remember the official name of the third one but it was in space. Sort of. It also had like one book before the game stopped.
Glad they’re good there! The YouTube ones are…well, YouTube auto generated so very hit or miss already!
Edit - Looks like they’ve gotten good subtitles up for episode 2 for youtube so hey! Amazing! Love the taskmaster youtube team!
“All cats are autistic” or so the joke goes.
Don’t like being touched except on their terms, don’t like eye contact, very particular about food, will screech if overwhelmed.
For actual info and not the joke, unsure. Not a vet, I just ask the vet weird questions! Because I’m autistic.
I am on windows, so I’m not quite sure why my steam version of the game just…stopped working one day. And the work around fixed it. Until it didn’t. But now it’s better? Maybe? I haven’t checked in a few months, maybe it’s back to Not Better.
Ahhhh computers.
Goodness I loved that game. Then it wouldn’t run for awhile. Then it worked again. Maybe.
I’d love a new one but I’m not hoping anymore.
I’d have been more shocked if absolutely nothing happened to the human brain and body after birth and it just springs back to baseline like nothing happened!
I like Rosie, but I’m also the only one in the household that can understand her easily. Husband also has cerebral palsy and a speech impediment so I’ve gotten use to it. He himself had trouble with her because the accent underneath it all. Would be nice if the subtitles weren’t auto generated nonsense though.
I always wanted to be able to explore inside one when I played. I still wish for a little game set inside one!
Which is why I don’t recommend it to preteen me at all! I think it’s extremely important now, but man. Not uh. Not to a kid.
A disappointment. I’m not a swing state, but was really hoping to try some coconut ice cream!
