Across the board, nighttime visibility on US roads has gotten worse for drivers and cyclists alike imo.

That would be why I asked if it’s their first one. They look different in different places and not everyone knows they even exist.
Those are regular spoons, not soup spoons. https://duckduckgo.com/?t=h_&q=soup+spoons&iax=images&ia=images
i’m confused. it looks like a normal soup spoon. is it unusually large for a soup spoon or is this your first soup spoon?
I didn’t even know this site had enough people to downvote someone this much this quickly. You’re breaking ground with your idiocy. 👏🎉
Unless you’re going into a field that requires it for licensure, there’s no point. You can always demonstrate skill instead. And while that isn’t good enough for a lot of people to hire you, it’s often good enough to start your own business.
Combine that with diminishing human rights and increasing corporate rights. It starts to make sense to become a corporation yourself rather than a formally educated worker. More pay, more protection, more freedom of choice, and less debt.
happy to help!
as for something i have personally experienced, i didn’t expect it to physically get harder to create tears when i felt like i was gonna cry. been on t for almost 15 years now. it’s gotten a little easier but still not anywhere near as easy as when i was young.
oh just now realizing you were indeed able to find it. ok perfect!
it seems to be a bit of both lifestyle and genetics. it seems like core muscles, especially the lower back, play a role. it can present as lower back pain, because those muscles will try to compensate for a weak set of pelvic floor muscles. this is just what i saw when i journeyed down the rabbit hole lol. you may see different landmarks so to speak.
i’m kind of new to actually talking to people on lemmy, so i apologize for the weirdness around finding communities. here’s a link if you’re interested: https://lemm.ee/c/longtermtestosterone
Gotta make our own data at this point.
i just wish they’d be willing to go on strike over it. a lot of them are unionized.
i made a longtermtestosterone community on here for people who’ve been on it on long time to share their experiences, because i had a similar reaction you did. i want to learn more, but most spaces are people talking about barely starting t. nothing wrong with that. i just am looking for more specific information.
the dysphoria is more likely to cause someone to not seek help, which would cause it to get worse. that’s when you see the the scary symptoms. i literally fainted when reading one study about it a few weeks back, because it was too graphic for me. i don’t mind blood and do my own shots, but when you start getting detailed about going inside out – i’m out like a light lol.
they don’t really know what causes it but it seems to be that whatever hormone your organs are used to producing, if it lessens, the muscles of the pelvic floor, regardless of the type of gonad, get weaker and smaller. these muscles are responsible for holding your bladder and rectum and help push pee and poop out of your body. the bladder and rectum do work too, but they do it with the help of these muscles. so it can present itself as urinary and fecal abnormalities.
that said, sometimes it presents as pain when bottoming from the front. so there are indeed people on t out there who have no problem using it and are still “losing” it, to use your phrasing.
long way to say, fuck if i know lol.
glad you’re ok! if you don’t mind sharing the country, i’m happy to see if i can find something similar for you to use in the future, just in case.
In general, not enough research is done on longterm health, especially since maintaining longterm access to healthcare can be difficult for many. but here is one study on it: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38662108/
yes it’s a very pretty skirt
not one that I’ve gotten but one that isn’t discussed much is urinary and fecal incontinence with longterm use due to pelvic floor atrophy
I’m late but you wanna call poison control in this situation. The wait time is very short, and they’re super nice. I recently had a similar situation. They called me every few hours to check on me after giving me instructions. If you have an iPhone, you can tell Siri to call poison control. The number is built in.
