The solution for that is using a sane format for dates.
There’s no shortcuts I’m afraid, but you’ve just laid out pretty much what you need. For most stuff you need redo quests in your alts, very little is once per account, like the prismatic fragments or newer exotic quests.
Black Label is the best thing to blackout from.
Funny that you mention Life of Strange because it’s actually set in Autumn, but it does kinda have the vibes you describe. What does have way more summer vibes though is the prequel, Before the Storm, totally worth it if you’ve haven’t played it.
This is so weird, pretty sure CoD has had support for that for years now and it’s full cross play no matter what input you use.

What about Bratislava in Eurotrip? I was like a few coins they had was worth all the money in the country pretty much.
A particularly egregious case is the song “The Beast and the Harlot” by Avenged Sevenfold that was renamed to just “The Beast…” in Burnout Revenge.
It’s about scoring to help sorting through content that’s relevant, not a competition for points.
I think PS2 era might be the overall strongest collection of soundtracks, both original score and licensed music.
But I’m biased cause it’s my favorite console.
