I’m a bit sick so I comfort watched Rush Hour 1 and 2 last night.
Some aspects didn’t age great, but they’re still really fun movies for 90’s sensibilities.

But a vote for Joe Biden is a vote for Trump!
Ikiru. Harakiri. The Human Condition. Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters.
Kumite!
Loved his movies as a kid. Glad to hear he cleaned up.
You want to walk into a local government, much less a federal, building and they’ll inspect your tracts to make sure everything is safe for those ghoul politicians. But a whole ecosystem is at stake and no one can be bothered to do anything to prevent damage, except asking nicely after-the-fact.
Unpopular opinion but parks should have rigorous screening and inspections of people and property upon entry to find and execute anyone with Cheetos.
Rubbish. I wanted to see William getting pegged.
Oh, some protein. I don’t remember those.
Naturally! They had cans? Haha
Haha Their branding was somehow so effective.
I definitely had that lizard energy when I would drink those as a teen sitting around my room g*ming for endless hours without movement. I would drink the carrot one, I thought it would help balance the damage I was causing to my eyes from so much screentime, only found out years later that was British propaganda. My eyesight sucks now.
Sobe vending machines please and I’ll vote for you, SIR!
Who makes box office flops when they use our symbol without permission?
We do!
First I’m hearing about it but I’ve always hated that smug motherfucker. One time, like 20 years ago, he went on Conan’s show on NBC and came out and like immediately just started trashing Conan’s show for not having nicer chairs. Like, what the fuck. And it wasn’t even done in a way that was funny, just very entitled. Conan played through it so well, though, but I hated him ever since. Glad he’s catching shit for what he did.
This is how I found out. RIP to a real one.
Which classics were produced recently, especially blockbuster ones?
Genuinely curious. I think he’s right and I hate the cape movie culture in terms of consumers, but I stay away from theaters and watch older movies so I kinda don’t really care much.
I completely agree with this.
I HATE tailers because they spoil shit every time. I don’t watch them. Then again, I don’t really watch any new movies coming out either but I’d rather read 2 sentences on the plot and go for it rather than getting the whole thing spoiled visually. When I was a kid trailers seemed okay, but something changed along the way and they reveal way too much. And I’ve always hated spoilers so I don’t think it was that, I think they started including spoilers at some point.
I know it’s probably a typo, but it’s worth correcting in case people don’t know.
Oh, that would be a good rewatch.
I rewatched Reservoir Dogs last year or so for the first time in like 15 years and it was amazing.
